Need red-tag notice, lease, and proof of any payment in last 90 days. The site lists crisis partners by zip: https://www.utilityassistance.org/md/ – select “emergency fuel” and your county. Caseworkers call same day; Washington Gas accepts the grant as deposit. They also set a 12-month payment plan for the rest.
